Competitive/PDL Softball

Competitive Play League Softball

What is CPL? CPL is made up of rec players from the participating parks that desire to play a little more competitive softball than what is offered in rec.

What are the requirements to play CPL? You must be registered and play in our rec program. There would also be additional practice time (typically one more practice time in addition to your rec team practice) and availability to play in up to 2 tournaments during the Fall season and up to 3 tournaments during the Spring Season.

Are there additional costs associated with playing CPL? Yes, but those are minimal. The only required costs would be umps fees for the tournaments (typically run $15-20/per player for each tournament) and entry fee for parents (typically $10/person for each tournament). There is no requirement to purchase an additional jersey, although some teams may choose to do so.
